At INCOSMET, customer satisfaction and product quality are our top priorities. If you’re not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help within our clearly defined return and refund guidelines.
Return Policy
Opened Products: We do not accept returns of opened, used, or tampered products under any circumstances due to hygiene and safety standards.
Damaged Products: Returns will only be accepted for products that are damaged during transit, including: Broken or crushed outer packaging,leaked or damaged containers,to process such a return, the customer must: Provide a clear video of the unboxing showing the damage. Share this video within 24–48 hours of delivery. Replaced product will be delivered with in 10 days .

Shipping Policy: The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are delivered within 7 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation, subject to courier company/post office norms. The Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.
If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is non-refundable.
Refunds
Incase of refund approved. The refund will be credited to original payment method within 7-10 days
Order Cancellation: Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. Orders can be cancelled before shipment is dispatched. To cancel your order, contact us immediately at (+91)9996321176 with your order number.
